LaShundra, began her career in nursing at the tender age of 21 years old. Geriatrics was her first love, as she has always had a passion to help the aging population. Her nursing background includes Wound Care, HIV Case Management, Rehabilitation, and more. She attended The University of Southern Mississippi where she obtained her Bachelor’s, and Master’s in nursing with an emphasis in family medicine. She later returned to complete an additional certification in Psychiatric Mental Health and obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Her most recent accomplishment was becoming an Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner through advanced training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Additionally, she practices in primary care, and emergency medicine. Dr. Speights continues to educate herself daily in the field of aesthetics by training and staying abreast of new medical aesthetic modalities. She embraces beauty through aesthetics and empowers others to build confidence, one fabulous moment at a time.
