Dr. LaShundra Speights is a doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner and founder of Opulent Aesthetics in Hattiesburg, MS. With over a decade of clinical experience, she specializes in natural-looking Botox, Dermal Fillers, and facial rejuvenation and balancing using a personalized, safety-first approach.
Her background in primary care, emergency medicine, and mental health allows her to deliver results that prioritize balance, confidence, and long-term outcomes. Dr. Speights believes aesthetic medicine should enhance natural beauty, not change it, and is deeply committed to patient education, transparency, and customized treatment plans. At Opulent Aesthetics, she blends medical expertise, artistry, and luxury care to help patients feel confident, informed, and empowered at every visit.
Sara Royce
Sara Royce is a licensed aesthetician at Opulent Aesthetics with certifications in Dermaplane Pro, hydrodermabrasion, and dual body-waxing. She specializes in chemical peels, brow and lash enhancements, and customized facials tailored to each client’s unique skin needs.
Rooted in a lifelong passion for skincare, Sara brings an intentional, healing touch to every service, focusing on results through attentive, personalized care. Based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, she is also a devoted mother to a lively 2-year-old son who inspires her work every day.

Joanna Garcia
Joanna Garcia is a Licensed Aesthetician specializing in advanced facial treatments, including microneedling and chemical peels. She also offers lash extensions, lash lifts, and a growing range of enhancement services designed to elevate each client’s natural beauty.
With a professional background as a makeup artist, Joanna developed a deep passion for lashes, skin care, and helping clients look and feel their best. Her artistry and attention to detail translate seamlessly into her aesthetic practice, where she combines technique with a personalized touch.
As a bilingual provider, Joanna creates an inclusive and comfortable experience for a diverse clientele. Her expertise, creativity, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable part of the OA team.
Bella McGucken
Bella McGucken is the Patient Experience Coordinator at Opulent Aesthetics. She takes pride in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient. From greeting patients upon arrival to assisting with their needs throughout their visit, Bella helps ensure each experience is smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Bella is currently a full-time pre-nursing student. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Remi.
Amber S. Scott
Amber S. Scott is a Hattiesburg native with a versatile background in retail sales, marketing, public relations, and social media management. She brings a strategic yet creative approach to Opulent Aesthetics, crafting an online presence that reflects the elegance, professionalism, and patient-centered experience the practice is known for.
In addition to managing the brand’s digital storytelling, Amber also supports Dr. Speights, DNP, in a human resources capacity…assisting with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection to help ensure every team member reflects the Opulent Aesthetics style, culture, and standards.
She is passionate about authentic communication and creating content that captures the heart of the patient experience. Her ability to connect with audiences and showcase meaningful transformations helps extend the Opulent Aesthetics glow far beyond the treatment room.
Avis Lewis
Avis Lewis is a Licensed Practical Nurse whose expertise and steady leadership are essential to keeping our practice running seamlessly behind the scenes. Her support ensures that every provider can deliver exceptional care, backed by the precision and consistency of a highly skilled nurse.
A devoted wife and mother, Avis draws strength and motivation from her husband, daughter, and son, who inspire her commitment to excellence both personally and professionally.

Originally from Chicago, IL, Aiesha has found a new home here in Hattiesburg, MS, where she’s embraced the slower pace of southern living while continuing her passion for wellness. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, her mission is simple yet powerful: "to help alleviate the world, one body at a time". With a commitment to both relaxation and therapeutic results, Aiesha creates customized massage experiences that address stress, tension, and overall well-being. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic discomfort or simply need to recharge, her skilled, intuitive touch makes each session restorative and renewing. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Speights at Opulent Aesthetics! I went in thinking I wanted a full facial EZ Gel treatment. However, Dr. Speights took the time to educate me on my unique facial structure. She patiently explained why a different plan would work best and gave me plenty of time to think about it.
The entire office has an amazing vibe. The staff greeted and treated me so well that I felt instantly at ease. Dr. Speights made the entire session all about me and truly exceeded my expectations. In the end, we did under-eye EZ Gel and the Signature Facial Balance.
I loved my results the second I walked out the door! She also gave me clear aftercare instructions so I knew exactly what to expect during recovery. I am so excited to continue my self-care journey with Dr. Speights!
